At Solva Skincare, we aim to provide timely and efficient delivery of your orders to ensure that your skincare experience begins as soon as possible. We ship to both domestic and international locations, offering a variety of shipping options to cater to your needs.

2. Processing Time
Once an order is placed, our team processes and prepares it for shipment within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. While we strive to ship as quickly as possible, please note that during peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply for expedited shipping.

  • International Shipping: Delivery time depends on the destination country but typically ranges from 7-14 business days. International shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated during checkout.
    Please note that international customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may arise upon delivery.

4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international regions due to shipping restrictions. If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please reach out to us before placing an order.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the shipping carrier’s website. If there is any issue with tracking or delivery, please contact us and we will assist you.

7. Local Delivery Options
In select areas, Solva Skincare may offer local delivery through a third-party service. You will be notified at checkout if this option is available for your address.
